Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using AmeBot ("the bot") in your server, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this bot.

2. Bot Usage

You agree not to use the bot for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. You agree not to misuse the bot's commands, such as spamming, in a way that would disrupt the service for others.

3. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that the bot is available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to suspend or cease operations of the bot at any time for any reason.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to prohibit the use of the bot on any Discord server or for any user at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
